Ingredients

  • 2 tbsps. Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tbsps. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 tbsps. honey
  • 2 tbsps. cider vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (15 oz.) can sliced beets

Directions

  • Step 1

    HEAT oil in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat. Add onion. Cook and stir until tender.

  • Step 2

    STIR in brown sugar, honey, vinegar and pepper. Add beets, stirring to coat. Cook over medium heat until heated through.
