Ingredients

  • 3 tbsps. Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 to 3 green onions
  • 1 (5 to 6 oz.) bag fresh spinach
  • 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar sliced pimientos

Directions

  • Step 1

    HEAT oil, soy sauce, lime juice, sugar and pepper in large skillet. Add garlic and green onions. Stir-fry over medium-high heat about 1 minute or until garlic is light brown.

  • Step 2

    ADD spinach, water chestnuts and pimientos. Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes longer or until spinach is tender.
