Ingredients

  • 2 tbsps. Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
  • 3 or 4 green onions
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. fresh spinach
  • 1/2 lb. bok choy
  • 1/2 lb. Swiss chard
  • 2 tbsps. sugar
  • 2 tbsps. cider vinegar
  • Salt, to taste

Directions

  • Step 1

    HEAT oil in large skillet. Add green onions, spinach and bok choy. Cook and stir over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes or until bok choy is crisp-tender.

  • Step 2

    COMBINE sugar and vinegar. Pour over greens and stir. Season with salt. Serve immediately.
