Sauteed Vegetables with Garlic & Soy Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsps. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tsps. minced garlic
  • 2 tbsps. Crisco® Refined Organic Coconut Oil
  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 2 cups fresh snow peas
  • 2 cups matchstick carrots
  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds

Directions

  • Step 1

    COMBINE soy sauce, honey and garlic in small bowl.

  • Step 2

    HEAT oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  • Step 3

    ADD zucchini, snow peas and carrots. Saute 1 to 2 minutes, just until tender. Add soy sauce mixture. Cook an additional 1 minute, stirring constantly. Top with sesame seeds, if desired.
