Ingredients

  • Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1/4 cup Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tbsps. Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into 1 1/2-inch florets
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese or grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  • Step 1

    HEAT oven to 425°F. Coat 18 x 13 x 1-inch sheet pan with no-stick cooking spray.

  • Step 2

    WHISK oil, Sriracha, vinegar, soy sauce and garlic in extra-large bowl until blended.

  • Step 3

    ADD cauliflower. Stir until evenly coated.

  • Step 4

    SPREAD evenly in prepared baking pan.

  • Step 5

    ROAST 25 to 30 minutes or until tender-crisp, turning halfway through cooking time. Sprinkle with cheese before serving, if desired.
