Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated raw peeled potatoes
  • 4 large egg whites
  • 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsps. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil

Directions

  • Step 1

    DRAIN off excess liquid from grated potatoes. Place 1/2 cup potatoes, egg whites, flour, salt and pepper in blender. Blend about 2 minutes. Combine with remaining potatoes.

  • Step 2

    FRY thin pancakes in hot oil until golden brown
