Ingredients

  • 1 lb. very small mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup tomato juice
  • 1/4 cup Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
  • 3 tbsps. red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic

Directions

  • Step 1

    PLACE mushrooms in medium bowl. Combine tomato juice, oil, vinegar, paprika, salt, pepper and garlic in small bowl.

  • Step 2

    POUR mixture over mushrooms. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Serve.
