Ingredients

  • 3 tbsps. Crisco® Refined Organic Coconut Oil
  • 6 ears corn on the cob
  • 1 tbsp. Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp white cheddar, queso fresco or Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsps. chopped fresh chives

Directions

  • Step 1

    HEAT grill to medium high heat. Brush oil on corn.

  • Step 2

    GRILL corn 8 to 10 minutes, turning frequently, until lightly charred on all sides.

  • Step 3

    SPRINKLE with Cajun seasoning, cheese and chives.
