Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into julienne strips
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dried crushed red pepper
  • 1 cup sliced fresh baby bella mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce

Directions

  • Step 1

    HEAT oil in large skillet. Add broccoli, zucchini, red pepper strips, onion, salt and red pepper flakes. Stir-fry over medium-high heat about 5 minutes, or until broccoli is tender-crisp.

  • Step 2

    ADD mushrooms. Stir-fry 1 minute or until mushrooms are tender. Stir in soy sauce and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
