Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Crisco® Pure Corn Oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsps. honey
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 4 cups thinly sliced red or green cabbage
- 2 cups matchstick carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 seeded and diced jalapeno peppers
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Step 1
WHISK together oil, lime juice, honey and cumin in large bowl.
- Step 2
ADD cabbage, carrots, green onion, cilantro and jalapeno, if desired.
- Step 3
STIR until completely coated. Season with salt and pepper. Chill until ready to serve.
