Creamy Corn Muffins with Honey Butter

Ingredients

  • CREAMY CORN MUFFINS
  • 1 1/2 cups self-rising yellow cornmeal mix
  • 3 tbsps. sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup Crisco® Pure Corn Oil
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups cream-style corn
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • HONEY BUTTER
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions

  • Step 1

    HEAT oven to 350ºF. Spray 24 muffin cups with no-stick cooking spray.

  • Step 2

    COMBINE all muffin ingredients in large bowl until well mixed. Pour into prepared muffin cups.

  • Step 3

    BAKE 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly golden and toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool slightly on a wire rack before removing from muffin cups. Serve warm or at room temperature.

  • Step 4

    MIX softened butter and honey together. Serve with warm muffins.
