Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 tbsps. white wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 medium head green cabbage
- 1 medium carrot, shredded
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/4 cup finely-chopped fresh parsley
- 3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Step 1
WHISK mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, oil, salt and cayenne pepper. Stir in cabbage, carrot, onion and parsley; mix thoroughly. Stir in blue cheese and black pepper to taste.
- Step 2
COVER and chill until ready to serve.
