Ingredients
- DRESSING
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsps. Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
- 1 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cucumbers
- 1/4 cup torn fresh mint
Directions
- Step 1
COMBINE dressing ingredients; whisk to combine. Add cucumbers; toss to coat.
- Step 2
REFRIGERATE 4 to 6 hours to develop flavors. Garnish with mint; serve.
- Step 3
White wine vinegar may be substituted for white balsamic vinegar, if necessary.
