STEP ONE COMBINE soy sauce, honey and garlic in small bowl.
STEP TWO HEAT oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
STEP THREE ADD zucchini, snow peas and carrots. Saute 1 to 2 minutes, just until tender. Add soy sauce mixture. Cook an additional 1 minute, stirring constantly. Top with sesame seeds, if desired.
