HEAT oven to 350°F. Coat 2 (9 x 5-inch) loaf pans with no-stick cooking spray.
STIR flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, baking powder and salt in large bowl until blended.
BEAT pumpkin, oil, sugar and eggs in large bowl with mixer on medium speed until blended. Blend in flour mixture. Divide batter evenly into prepared pans.
BAKE 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
HEAT oven to broil. Sprinkle marshmallows evenly over breads in pans. Broil with tops of loaves at least 4 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned. Cool in pans on wire rack 15 minutes. Remove from pans to wire rack to cool completely.
