Ingredients

  • 3 tbsps. minced shallot or onion
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsps. Italian parsley leaves
  • 2 tbsps. ketchup
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped sweet pickle
  • 1 tbsp. Crosse & Blackwell® Capers
  • 2 tsps. Creole or spicy brown mustard
  • 2 tsps. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsps. Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
  • Hot sauce

Directions

  • Step 1

    ADD shallot, lemon juice, mayonnaise, parsley, ketchup, pickle, capers, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and pepper in a food processor or blender. Pulse until just blended. Slowly add oil while pulsing several more times until blended.

  • Step 2

    STIR in amount of hot sauce to taste. Chill until ready to serve.

  • Step 3

    Serve with cooked and chilled chicken, shrimp, or other fish or seafood.
