Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Jif® Whips® Whipped Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 whole wheat oval flatbread sandwich wraps
  • 1 tbsp. Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsps. sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups firmly packed spring mix salad greens
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sliced unpeeled red crisp apple
  • 8 slices warm cooked peppered bacon

Directions

  • Step 1

    SPREAD a thin layer of peanut butter over top surface of each sandwich wrap.

  • Step 2

    WHISK oil, vinegar and sugar in medium bowl until blended. Season with salt and pepper. Add salad mix and green onion; toss to coat. Divide evenly over peanut butter layer. Top with apple slices and cooked bacon.

  • Step 3

    ROLL up or fold to enclose filling. Serve immediately.
