Nutty Bacon Apple Wraps

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Jif® Whips® Whipped Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 whole wheat oval flatbread sandwich wraps
- 1 tbsp. Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsps. sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups firmly packed spring mix salad greens
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sliced unpeeled red crisp apple
- 8 slices warm cooked peppered bacon
Directions
- Step 1
SPREAD a thin layer of peanut butter over top surface of each sandwich wrap.
- Step 2
WHISK oil, vinegar and sugar in medium bowl until blended. Season with salt and pepper. Add salad mix and green onion; toss to coat. Divide evenly over peanut butter layer. Top with apple slices and cooked bacon.
- Step 3
ROLL up or fold to enclose filling. Serve immediately.
