Ingredients

  • 2 tbsps. mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. yellow mustard
  • 4 slices multi-grain bread
  • 1/2 lb. thick-cut bacon slices
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsps. Crisco® Unrefined Organic Coconut Oil

Directions

  • Step 1

    COMBINE mayonnaise and mustard. Spread on bread slices. Place bacon, tomato and avocado between bread slices to form 2 sandwiches.

  • Step 2

    HEAT coconut oil in large skillet over medium heat. Cook sandwiches 4 to 5 minutes, turning once, until golden brown on each side.
