Ingredients

  • 1 (12-inch) ready made pizza crust
  • 3 tbsps. Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 7 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 plum tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsps. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  • Step 1

    HEAT oven to 450°F. Place crust on pizza pan. Combine oil, garlic and salt. Brush over crust. Bake 5 minutes.

  • Step 2

    TOP evenly with provolone cheese. Arrange tomato slices over cheese

  • Step 3

    BAKE 10 to 13 minutes or until crust edges are golden brown. Top with sliced basil and Parmesan cheese.
