Ingredients
- 3 tbsps. apple cider vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
- 2 large cucumbers
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 2 tbsps. chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
Directions
- Step 1
COMBINE vinegar and garlic in large bowl. Whisk in oil.
- Step 2
ADD cucumber, red onion and dill; toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
- Step 3
TOP with cheese. Chill until ready to serve.
