Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cups frozen diced potatoes
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cups diced cooked turkey or chicken
  • 1 tbsp. snipped parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 2/3 cup PET® Evaporated Milk

Directions

  • Step 1

    HEAT oil in saucepan. Add potatoes, mushrooms and onion. Cook and stir about 5 minutes.

  • Step 2

    STIR in turkey, parsley, salt and pepper. Gradually add evaporated milk, stirring gently. Heat about 5 minutes or until heated through.
