Ingredients

  • DRESSING
  • 6 tbsps. Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
  • 6 tbsps. Crisco® Puritan® Canola Oil with Omega-3 DHA
  • 3 tbsps. white wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsps. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsps. Dijon-style mustard
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • SALAD
  • 3 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup orzo pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 4 green onions
  • 1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts

Directions

  • Step 1

    WHISK together all dressing ingredients; season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 2

    COMBINE chicken, cooked orzo, tomatoes, green onions and artichoke hearts; toss with dressing to combine.

  • Step 3

    SEASON salad with salt and pepper to taste; serve.
