- DRESSING
- 6 tbsps. Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
- OR 6 tbsps. Crisco® Puritan® Canola Oil with Omega-3 DHA
- 3 tbsps. white wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsps. fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsps. Dijon-style mustard
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- SALAD
- 3 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup orzo pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 4 green onions
- 1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts
Directions
- Step 1
WHISK together all dressing ingredients; season with salt and pepper.
- Step 2
COMBINE chicken, cooked orzo, tomatoes, green onions and artichoke hearts; toss with dressing to combine.
- Step 3
SEASON salad with salt and pepper to taste; serve.
