HEAT oven to 350⁰F. Line baking pan with parchment paper.
COMBINE cereals, almonds, salt and ground red pepper, if desired, in large bowl. Set aside. Combine coconut oil and honey in small bowl. Pour over cereal mixture and stir until well coated. Spread into prepared baking pan.
BAKE 12 to 15 minutes, stirring once. Cool completely in baking pan. Break into pieces.
