STEP ONE HEAT grill to medium-high heat. Season salmon with salt and pepper. Combine soy sauce, honey, mustard and dill in small bowl. Whisk in oil until combined.
STEP TWO PLACE salmon, skin side down, on hot grill. Brush with glaze. Cover with lid.
STEP THREE GRILL 13 to 16 minutes, brushing occasionally with additional glaze, until flaky and internal temperature reaches 145°F.
