STEP ONE HEAT grill to medium heat. Coat green beans with no-stick cooking spray; season with salt and pepper.
STEP TWO GRILL on grill pan 4 to 5 minutes, turning often, until lightly charred.
STEP THREE COMBINE marmalade, shallots and vinegar in small bowl. Whisk in oil until blended. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over warm green beans.
