Ingredients

  • MARINADE
  • 1/4 cup Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 cup lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions

  • Step 1

    COMBINE marinade ingredients in shallow baking dish. Add chicken. Turn to coat. Cover. Refrigerate 30 minutes or up to 4 hours, turning chicken occasionally.

  • Step 2

    HEAT broiler or prepare grill. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Broil or grill chicken 6 to 7 minutes per side or until juices run clear.

  • Step 3

    Marinade can also be combined in a resealable plastic bag. Add chicken. Seal and refrigerate.
