Ingredients

  • Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsps. water
  • 1/4 cup Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
  • 4 (1-inch thick) rib pork chops
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 (26 oz.) jar pasta sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb. cooked pasta

Directions

  • Step 1

    HEAT oven to 350ºF. Coat a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with no-stick cooking spray.

  • Step 2

    BEAT together eggs and water in small bowl. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Dip each pork chop into egg mixture and then in breadcrumbs. Place in skillet; brown on both sides. Place browned pork chops in baking dish. Pour pasta sauce over pork chops.

  • Step 3

    BAKE 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Top pork chops evenly with mozarella cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake about 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Serve with pasta.
