Oven Roasted Salmon with Tarragon Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 4 (6 oz.) salmon fillets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp. Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
  • 2 tbsps. chopped shallots
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsps. chopped fresh tarragon

Directions

  • Step 1

    HEAT oven to 400°F.

  • Step 2

    COAT baking dish lightly with no-stick cooking spray. Place salmon fillets in dish. Lightly spray fillets with no-stick cooking spray. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until done.

  • Step 3

    HEAT oil in small saucepan over medium heat. Add shallots. Cook until tender. Stir in sour cream, tarragon, salt and pepper to taste until well combined.

  • Step 4

    PLACE fillets on serving plate. Top with warm Tarragon Cream Sauce.
