Ingredients
- Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 4 (4 oz.) halibut fillets
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. horseradish
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 tbsps. grated Parmesan cheese
- Minced fresh parsley
Directions
- Step 1
HEAT oven to 350°F. Spray a baking sheet with no-stick cooking spray. Arrange halibut fillets on baking sheet. Spray with no-stick cooking spray. Season with salt and pepper.
- Step 2
COMBINE mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish and lemon juice in small bowl. Stir in 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Spread bread crumb mixture evenly over each fillet. Mix together remaining 1/4 cup bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in another small bowl. Sprinkle over fillets.

BAKE 15 to 18 minutes or until fillets flake easily with a fork. Garnish with minced parsley.
