Ingredients

  • 3 tbsps. Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup snipped fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3/4 lb. ground lamb
  • 1/4 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

  • Step 1

    HEAT 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet. Add onion, parsley and garlic. Cook and stir over moderate heat until onion is tender. Transfer mixture to medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Shape into four 1/2-inch thick patties.

  • Step 2

    HEAT remaining 2 tablespoons oil in large skillet. Add patties. Fry over moderate heat 8 to 10 minutes, or until desired doneness, turning over once.
