Ingredients

  • 1 lb. turkey breast cutlets
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
  • 1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 1 1/2 tsps. dried oregano leaves
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  • Step 1

    RINSE turkey. Pat dry.

  • Step 2

    COMBINE tomato sauce, oil, parsley, oregano, thyme, salt, garlic and crushed red pepper in a small bowl.

  • Step 3

    SPREAD 1 tablespoon sauce mixture over each cutlet. Roll up. Place, seam side down, in 8-inch square baking dish. Spoon remaining sauce over cutlets. Cover. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

  • Step 4

    HEAT oven to 350ºF.

  • Step 5

    BAKE 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Sprinkle with cheeses during last 5 minutes of baking time.
