Ingredients

  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Peel of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/4 cup Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
  • 8 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp. fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp. fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp. fresh oregano
  • 1 tbsp. fresh chives
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • GARNISHES
  • Roasted garlic, herb sprigs and lemon slices

Directions

  • Step 1

    COMBINE lemon peel, lemon juice, oil, garlic, parsley, thyme, oregano, chives, salt and black pepper in a gallon resealable plastic bag. Add chicken. Seal bag and refrigerate overnight.

  • Step 2

    REMOVE chicken from marinade. Discard marinade. Spray grill grate with no-stick cooking spray; heat grill. Grill chicken until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  • Step 3

    GARNISH with roasted garlic, herb sprigs and lemon slices.
