Grilled Sriracha Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 (10-inch) prepared pizza crust
- Crisco® Professional Grill Master™ No-Stick Grill Spray
- 1 cup shredded, cooked chicken
- 1 cup broccoli slaw or cole slaw mix
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
- Step 1
HEAT grill to medium heat. Coat both sides of pizza crust with no-stick spray.
- Step 2
GRILL crust 2 to 4 minutes on each side. Remove from grill.
- Step 3
LAYER chicken, slaw and cheese on crust. Grill, covered, 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted. Drizzle with sriracha sauce. Top with cilantro.
