Ingredients

  • 2 tbsps. Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tsps. finely minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Step 1

    HEAT oil in large skillet over medium heat.

  • Step 2

    COOK garlic in oil 30 seconds. Add water and broccoli. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  • Step 3

    COOK until broccoli is crisp-tender, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
