Ingredients

  • Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup mashed ripe banana
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions

  • Step 1

    HEAT oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan lightly with no-stick cooking spray.

  • Step 2

    BEAT cream cheese and sugar in large bowl on medium speed of electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Add banana and eggs. Stir in Quick Bread Mix and nuts, just until moistened. Pour into prepared pan.

  • Step 3

    BAKE 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cover with foil last 15 minutes if bread browns too quickly. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.

  • Step 4

    Bread is more moist 24 hours after baking.
