Ingredients

  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 2 tbsps. Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cups
  • 2 egg whites

Directions

  • Step 1

    HEAT waffle maker.

  • Step 2

    COMBINE egg yolks, milk and melted shortening in large bowl. Stir in Quick Bread Mix. Beat until smooth. Carefully fold in beaten egg whites until not quite blended in to leave dollops of white.

  • Step 3

    BAKE according to waffle maker instructions.
