Ingredients

  • Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 3 cups
  • 3 tbsps. sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • Cinnamon sugar

Directions

  • Step 1

    HEAT oven to 400ºF. Coat muffin cups with no-stick cooking spray.

  • Step 2

    STIR together Quick Bread Mix and sugar in large bowl. Whisk egg and milk in small bowl or measuring cup. Add to dry ingredients. Stir just until moistened. Divide batter evenly into prepared muffin cups, about 2/3 full. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

  • Step 3

    BAKE 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes in pan on baking rack; remove from pan to cool further.
