Ingredients

  • Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
  • 3 or 4 green onions
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 (4 oz.) container feta cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • 10 sheets phyllo dough

Directions

  • Step 1

    HEAT oven to 350°F. Coat an 8 x 8-inch baking dish lightly with no-stick cooking spray.

  • Step 2

    STIR together spinach, onions, eggs, cottage cheese, feta cheese, salt, pepper, nutmeg and dill in medium bowl.

  • Step 3

    LAY one sheet of phyllo in prepared baking dish, allowing ends to hang over edge. Coat completely with no-stick cooking spray. Repeat with 4 more sheets of phyllo, spraying and alternating the direction of each sheet.

  • Step 4

    SPREAD spinach mixture on phyllo layers in dish. Spray and layer remaining sheets as directed for bottom layer. Turn in edges to form a rim. Spray rim and top layer.

  • Step 5

    BAKE 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
