Almond Coconut Granola

Ingredients
- 4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 cups sweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup Crisco® Refined Organic Coconut Oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 1/2 cups dried cherries or cranberries
Directions
- Step 1
HEAT oven to 350°F. Combine oats, coconut, almonds and cinnamon in large bowl.
- Step 2
MICROWAVE coconut oil and honey in small microwave-safe bowl on HIGH 30 seconds. Stir until combined. Pour over oat mixture; stir until evenly coated. Spread evenly on 2 (15 x 10 x 1) baking pans.
- Step 3
BAKE 15 to 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until golden brown. Cool completely. Transfer to large bowl. Stir in cherries. Store in an airtight container.
