Tarragon Vinaigrette on Spring Lettuce

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
  • 1/3 cup Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tbsps. snipped fresh parsley
  • 3 tbsps. red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 medium heads Boston or Bibb lettuce

Directions

  • Step 1

    BLEND all vinaigrette ingredients in small bowl; set aside for 15 minutes to blend flavors. Place lettuce in salad bowl. Pour dressing over lettuce. Toss to coat. Serve immediately.
