Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed cilantro leaves
  • 2 coarsely chopped serrano chile peppers
  • 1 1/2 cups diced plum tomatoes
  • 1 cup diced fresh mango
  • 2 tbsps. Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
  • 2 to 3 tsps. agave sweetener
  • 1 tsp. finely grated gingerroot
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

  • Step 1

    COMBINE onion, mint, cilantro and pepper in food processor. Cover and pulse until finely chopped. Place in medium bowl.

  • Step 2

    STIR in tomatoes, mango, oil, agave sweetener, ginger and salt until blended. Serve with grilled meats, grilled seafood or snack chips.
