Crispy Oven Fried Fish Fingers

Ingredients
- Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 4 (4 oz.) cod fillets
- Salt and pepper
- 3/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 2 tbsps. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsps. grated lemon peel
- 2 tsps. lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 egg beaten with 2 tablespoon water
- Lemon wedges
Directions
- Step 1
HEAT oven to 425ºF. Spray a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with no-stick cooking spray.
- Step 2
RINSE fish fillets; pat dry. Cut fish into desired size "fingers" or "sticks." Season with salt and pepper.
- Step 3
COMBINE bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, lemon peel, lemon and pepper seasoning and garlic powder in shallow dish. Pour egg mixture into separate shallow dish.
- Step 4
DIP each fish finger into egg mixture, then into crumb mixture, coating well. Place in pan. Spray generously with no-stick cooking spray.
- Step 5
BAKE 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
