Ingredients

  • 14 jumbo shrimp
  • 7 strips bacon
  • 1/4 cup Crisco® Butter Flavor All-Vegetable Shortening
  • 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • Lemon twists for garnish

Directions

  • Step 1

    HEAT grill. Wrap each shrimp with a bacon slice, securing with 2 wooden toothpicks. Stir together shortening, cheese, garlic and lemon juice. Brush on shrimp.

  • Step 2

    GRILL 10 to 12 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Garnish with lemon twists, if desired.
