BUTTER-TO-SHORTENING CONVERSION GUIDE

What if a cookie recipe calls for butter or margarine? Simply add the same amount of Crisco Baking Sticks All-Vegetable Shortening plus a small amount of water to the other ingredients in your mixing bowl. Use the slider below to determine the right amount of water.
