Candy Addiction I love this brittle so much I am addicted to it. It is very easy and seems like a science expriment when the baking soda reacts. There is nothing better than warm, fresh peanut brittle. January 10, 2013

So Easy to Make, a Crowd Favorite.....and Vegan-Friendly! I absolutely love this peanut brittle recipe. I make this for many different people in my family for Christmas every year. And the best part is it's vegan-friendly because there's no butter or eggs in the recipe. This is perfect for me because my in-laws are all vegans and I never knew what to make them for Christmas until I came across this recipe. Even they love it!! Thank you, Crisco!!! December 22, 2012
Beware of microwave cooking time I made this recipe and at 8 minutes, this turned into a burnt mess in my microwave. It was okay at the 4 minute and stir, but do not do 8 or 9 minutes as the recipe calls as it will burn. I made another batch on the stovetop and it was good. February 9, 2012
