Preparation Directions

STEP ONE

COMBINE preserves, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in blender container. Cover and process until smooth. Transfer to small bowl. Stir in poppyseeds.

STEP TWO

TOSS romaine lettuce and 2 tablespoons dressing in large bowl until lightly coated. Add strawberries and blueberries. Divide onto serving plates. Sprinkle with walnuts, then blue cheese. Serve immediately with remaining dressing.
