I have been looking for a recipe that I can make biscuits to resemble my mothers homemade, and I think I found it, this recipe has all the same ingredients as my mothers but in measurements for me to duplicate. My mother doesn't use measurements, so now I can call her and tell her that my family actually ate my biscuits.hahaha

It's a little time consuming to make these biscuits, but it's worth it. They taste very good. And to make it a sweet treat I add just a bit of Honey to the melted Butter, delicious! But they also go very well with traditional Gravy or as a Side Dish. They're perfect any time.

These are the biscuits that bring back memories of grandma. So easy and quick to make , yet they bake up so pretty and fluffy everyone is sure to be impressed.

The biscuits were fluffy and flavorful
This my first attempt at making biscuits. This recipe was quick and easy to follow. I probably would have had a smoother texture or appearance had I kneaded the dough as instructed. I also did not use a cutter. I just palm rolled them. These are so good that you can eat them alone.
