Makes a delicious apple pie
This recipe is easy to follow and makes a great pie. The crust was flaky and light. I put some melted butter on the crust before baking to add flavor. I didn't use as much sugar as the recipe called for because I had really sweet apples. Making the crust and peeling the apples takes time so the prep took a little long. But the pie had the right balance of flavors and my family loved it. A wonderful recipe for classic apple pie.
