Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies 2.5 5 2 2
Back to the test kitchen So disappointed in this recipe. This is a very expensive recipe to have turned out so terribly. 3 eggs, 2 kinds of sugar, a whole bag of chocolate chips, almost 4 cups of flour?? Cookies look great but are lacking moisture. 1 cup of rolled oats does not an oatmeal cookie make. The good news is that this recipe yields more than what is mentioned, the bad news is that I'm now stuck with a whole lot of hard, dry, cookies that no one will eat. This one needs to go back to the test kitchen. Surprised as we thought we were splurging on one of Crisco's cookie recipes. March 23, 2013
Yum! I'm sitting here eating my oatmeal chocolate chip cookies as I type this out. My recipe calls for half of what is listed here, but otherwise, it is the same. I just overcooked them, but they are still good, albeit, a bit crunchy. December 26, 2012
