Rated 5 out of 5 by from Partially hydrogenated oils If this is true that this product does not contain partially hydrogenated oils then it is a great thing! But please remember that per FDA regulations it is legal to say 0g trans fat if the trans fat content is below 0.5 g. I am not sure whether Crisco says here 0 g EXACTlY, or "per FDA regulations" which can be as much as 0.5 g. Serving size of 12 g means that the product can contain 4% trans fat and be labeled as 0g trans fat.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TRANS FATS ARE HYDROGENATED FATS How can this advertise that it is 0g trans fats when it lists, "fully hydrogenated palm oil" as its second ingredient? Aren't hydrogentated oils considered trans fats? Thanks for clarifying.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best product! Where are the large containers? I have been using crisco since I was a kid. It's an amazing product in so many ways. I am upset that it is no longer produced in large containers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes Best Pie Crust, Biscuits, and Cakes there have been times I have used other shortenings, but I ALWAYS go back to Crisco. My Pie Crusts always turn out tender and flaky. Makes Tender Biscuits, and is great for frying and in making cakes moist! nothing better!
